Inside, the warmers use black fireproof polyester capable of withstanding high temperatures, combined with a fireproof polyester wadding structure for effective heat retention. An aluminium-polyester sheet acts as a heat spreader, ensuring even temperature distribution across the tyre surface. The heating circuit is carefully plotted for consistent performance.
For secure fitting, the warmers feature a reliable triple Velcro closing system. The heating cable is made from a high-quality alloy with PTFE insulation and a double coil design, tested to an insulation voltage of 3000 kVac for added safety.
Operating at a steady temperature of 90°C (194°F), these tyre warmers use TNT (Tyre Warmers No Thermostat) control for straightforward, consistent heating. They are compatible with multiple power connections and voltages, including EU 230 Vac, US 110 Vac, UK 230 Vac, AUS 240 Vac, and JP 100 Vac.
